My last visit was for fixing a tire. There was a nail on the edge of the tire that cannot be fixed, need to be replaced. Wondries TYT search my account, found out my tires were installed There was a nail on the edge of the tire that cannot be fixed, need to be replaced. Wondries TYT search my account, found out my tires were installed by Longo TYT in last Nov. It should be covered by ins. They helped me applied, and seek the ins approval, then replace the tire within 3 hours. I just need to pay the labor fee and tax. I'm satisfied More

the customer service was so bad from everyone that I had my car towed to another shop from your dealership because you guys were absolutely garbage. I called a million times for the damage report quote and my car towed to another shop from your dealership because you guys were absolutely garbage. I called a million times for the damage report quote and kept getting transfered over and over and no one would answer me. I just want the bare minimum and eventually i got fed up and just went in person and got the printed report. asked them to also email it to me and to this day still haven’t received that email. I use to get maintenance from wondries but after all this I will never go to any toyota dealership for anything ever again. I towed my car to a shop 4 blocks away and best decision ever. I would rather burn my money than give it to wondries ever again. More
