Best Service We’ve Had Here! We came in for a 5000 mile check up. We were assisted by a salesman named Di. He was very helpful, he was very friendly, he was very patient, and he was honest with us when my wife took forever to explain to him the malfunctioning of her radio and expressed her concerns if somehow the malfunctioning radio would affect our car’s ability to function. During the check up they found a malfunctioning brake light, called us to ask permission to replace it for a nominal fee, and then replaced it. We are especially grateful for this as we had no idea the light was out. Overall this was a great experience today. More

Good Service, Minor Drawbacks, Exceeded Expectations The service department at this dealership is a well oiled machine—and I was the one in for an oil change+tire rotation. The staff overall is generally The service department at this dealership is a well oiled machine—and I was the one in for an oil change+tire rotation. The staff overall is generally amiable, but you can tell the sheer volume of service customers restricts them from being able to offer outstanding customer service. Jose was great; he set reasonable expectations for timing and was kind and forthright. The service waiting area is well kept with free coffee. The only drawbacks I experienced were of two different kinds: one as a first-time visitor, and the other as a future returning customer. As a newcomer, actually driving up to the service department was not clear so I ended up circling the block a few times before finally figuring it out. As a returning customer, I’m bummed that there’s a $50 difference between a standard oil change and an oil change+tire rotation. Of course, there’s an inspection and fluid top-off that comes along with the tire rotation, but I would prefer a tier between the two so that I don’t have to pay extra for some extras that I don’t need. Despite the drawbacks, I enjoyed the experience and it exceeded my expectations (previous yelp reviews did not treat this dealership kindly). Thanks Jose and Wondries! More

David took my claim number I received from the Toyota Extended Warranty 800 number and had a brand new original equipment Yokohama tire installed within 90 minutes. During my stay in the dealership lobby I was served donuts and coffee. This is the second Prius I have purchased at Wondries Toyota in Alhambra. The experience just keeps getting better!
