Great smanager on my Camry I had a problem shift from park to drive. I called this dealer, the service manager told me, it's recalled part, they can change it for me possibly fr I had a problem shift from park to drive. I called this dealer, the service manager told me, it's recalled part, they can change it for me possibly free of charge. They changed a new part for me and called Uber round trip all free of charge. Service manage Nelson told me, my dash board was in bad condition, it's also a recalled part, asked me if they have part for me, I am willing to take my car back. I said yes. 3 month later, Nelson called me, if I can take a pointment in a days. I did it one more time. they changed a new dash board and called Uber for me to go to langly center and in the afternoon to pick up my car all free of charge. Best experience at the dealership. I received a recall notice for the passenger airbag in the mail. Immediately called Wondries Toyota and John scheduled my appointment. When I arrived I received a recall notice for the passenger airbag in the mail. Immediately called Wondries Toyota and John scheduled my appointment. When I arrived John greeted me and we talked about the recall and oil change I also required. While pulling up my VIN he notice that my Sienna also had a second recall for the power door sliding switch. He made it a priority to make sure his technician would be able to complete both recalls plus the oil change. Saving me an unnecessary trip back to the dealer. The whole process took less than 5 hours. I feel a lot safer driving my family around knowing that John and his team did their best fixing my car. I highly recommend Wonderis Toyota I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from them and had each one service here. More
