As usual John Cheung was my service advisor and basically turned my car keys over to him and told him to check the car and contact me should anything be needed. Nothing major needed to be repaired this time just the usual 5,000 service. Always comforting to know I am in good hands whenever I leave my car there and John knows what to do! More

Told me a tire was not repairable and wanted to charge $250 Was told a tire on a brand new car (that was purchased a this dealership) was not repairable and that the only replacement option was a $250 tire + ta Was told a tire on a brand new car (that was purchased a this dealership) was not repairable and that the only replacement option was a $250 tire + tax / installation. Took the tire to a tire shop and got it repaired for $25. I feel they were dishonest and simply trying to sell us a new tire unnecessarily. More

Best experience at the dealership. I received a recall notice for the passenger airbag in the mail. Immediately called Wondries Toyota and John scheduled my appointment. When I arrived I received a recall notice for the passenger airbag in the mail. Immediately called Wondries Toyota and John scheduled my appointment. When I arrived John greeted me and we talked about the recall and oil change I also required. While pulling up my VIN he notice that my Sienna also had a second recall for the power door sliding switch. He made it a priority to make sure his technician would be able to complete both recalls plus the oil change. Saving me an unnecessary trip back to the dealer. The whole process took less than 5 hours. I feel a lot safer driving my family around knowing that John and his team did their best fixing my car. I highly recommend Wonderis Toyota I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from them and had each one service here. More
