David took my claim number I received from the Toyota Extended Warranty Thanks to Service Representative David L. Jackson,my experience was wonderful. David took my claim number I received from the Toyota Extended Warranty 800 number and had a brand new original equipment Yokohama tire installed within 90 minutes. During my stay in the dealership lobby I was served donuts and coffee. This is the second Prius I have purchased at Wondries Toyota in Alhambra. The experience just keeps getting better! seat motor/adjustment for an older model camry service was professional. although was told that only the whole seat assembly was available(high cost) vs individual motor, researched online and foun service was professional. although was told that only the whole seat assembly was available(high cost) vs individual motor, researched online and found the part (8582030510) available at some other toyota dealer (e.h. puente hills). not sure why it was not available at some dealership including wondries. dealer released the car w/o any inspection fee, which was fair.
