I'm not particularly happy with my service visit today. First, I arrived for my 9:15am smog check appointment at 9am but didn't get checked in until 9:40am. Took my Toyota RAV4 for 25K minor service. Made appointment online. Service Advisor checked me in at scheduled time and advised wait time would be approximately one and one-half hours. Waited onsit appointment online. Service Advisor checked me in at scheduled time and advised wait time would be approximately one and one-half hours. Waited onsite for service to be finished. Service time took nearly two hours. Wait time was within tolerable range but wish dealership could offer a faster express service for certain types of minor maintenance services. More
