poor direction In the waiting zone. Appointment was made but cannot be found. Staffs are not helpful and asked me to wait by my car for over 25 minutes. They skipped me and helped someone else. I finally couldn’t take the wind and went in and talk to someone. This time I got lucky, the female staff was able to help me instantly. Yet it’s horrible that nothing need to be done to my car. So this waste of time could have been avoided all together. Shouldn’t that been discovered when I made appointment? The system is not good. The signage direction is poor. The staffs are not helpful, other than that one female helped me by the end. More
