Because my Tacoma has been so maintenance-free, I’ve rarely visited my dealership. I liked everything about my visit. The ipad guy was professional and courteous. I felt pretty ignorant about the two non problems and appreciated their tact. I expected to pay some sort of mandatory minimum charge and was shocked to learn there was no charge!!! I thought such kindness no longer existed in this world and was very grateful for the kindness. I left them some “thank you” coffee money - and it a pleasure to do so. As a retired teacher, I’ve always rewarded good deeds and this definitely qualified. Fuji Auto has lost my business and future care for my old X-Runner will be at Wondries. Keep up the good work. There was a Hispanic man at the register near Gordon the location was closing for their Christmas celebration, he came up and said “Oracle Ese!” Being that Gordon is Asian I’m assuming he meant this towards location was closing for their Christmas celebration, he came up and said “Oracle Ese!” Being that Gordon is Asian I’m assuming he meant this towards me. I’m Mexican his comment is very offensive and self absorbed as if he is above his own race’s prejudice towards people he views beneath him. If you view Gordon’s register near my check out prior to close for your Christmas celebration you’ll view his self indulgent reason to come up to the register just for the comment, no other customer.
