My experience with service dept: It all depends on your service mgr. My wait time was @3 1/2 hr. (No updates). I had to find out myself... Needed car for weekend job. I called for Tue to reschedule because they needed more time to find problem. Second mgr kept me updated. Communications was there. Pickup date was delayed again. Next day He sent Uber to pick me up... and I lived happily ever after. More

Brought car in to replace engine battery and basic maintenance service. Was told it would take 2-3 hours. Ended up taking 5. Had to look for Nelson twice to get an update. When I told Nelson that I had to leave for my lunch date at 1;45pm, he tells me that they’re putting the tires back on. What? Toyota paid for outbound Uber. I paid for the inbound Uber because it would have been too much of a hassle to call Nelson and tell him to book an uber for me. Not what I expected for my Saturday. More
