Unhappy customer. 3/31/25.. I dropped off my Corolla at my scheduled 11am appointment. Service department told me car will be done around 2pm. I waited around the area 3/31/25.. I dropped off my Corolla at my scheduled 11am appointment. Service department told me car will be done around 2pm. I waited around the area and returned at about 1:30pm thinking it will be done at the scheduled time. Service was general routine maintenance and changing of air filters, nothing major. Not sure why it took SO LONG! The service department kept saying the car was almost ready and kept me waiting till 4:30pm. That is my whole day. Service department needs to keep realistic customer time management. Not a happy customer. Will you at least notify me need to extend the service hour so that I can arrange my time. More
