With over $3,000 in repair costs and in your hands for 3 days, a car wash would have been expected. Your employee even stated it should have been washed. days, a car wash would have been expected. Your employee even stated it should have been washed. More

Received a call from service department regarding a “warning light”. I had “pre-collision system malfunction, headlight leveling malfunction, and RSA malfunction” all going off at the same time. Interm “warning light”. I had “pre-collision system malfunction, headlight leveling malfunction, and RSA malfunction” all going off at the same time. Intermittent. Not always present.. would sometimes come on, stay on during my drive, and not come on the next time I drove. My vehicle was left with Toyota for inspection and I was told it may be $200 if the finding is deemed not the manufacture’s fault. I pick-up my vehicle 3 hours later and they state it was triggered from an aftermarket 3” lift.. which doesn’t make sense to me because Toyota sells a 3” lift from factory. I feel like it was an excuse to put blame on something rather than determine a true issue. Upset with Toyota and service provided and feel like blame was placed on my lift kit vs figuring out the underlying issue. I have a new generation Sequoia with same engine and electronics with a 3” lift kit with ZERO issues. In summary: VERY dissatisfied. More
