John is AMAZING !!! Took my Toyota RAV4 for 25K minor service. Made appointment online. Service Advisor checked me in at scheduled time and advised wait time would be approximately one and one-half hours. Waited onsit appointment online. Service Advisor checked me in at scheduled time and advised wait time would be approximately one and one-half hours. Waited onsite for service to be finished. Service time took nearly two hours. Wait time was within tolerable range but wish dealership could offer a faster express service for certain types of minor maintenance services. More

Terrible service I waited for like 3 to 4 hours Nelson the service rep didn't care if I was there or not he didn't explain what my car needed after they checked it now I have to go back to find out how mu the service rep didn't care if I was there or not he didn't explain what my car needed after they checked it now I have to go back to find out how much it's going to cost me for each service. But I am probably going to try downey.toyota and I kept. On saying bad service but no one care. I've been taking my car there since I bought a Toyota last year but not no more horrible that guy even probably forgot I was there bad service with Nelson bad experience ever and no one cared if I was upset or uncomfortable no one in that department care I guess they don't have time they're probably on commission and want to get in as much cars as they could.
