The gentleman who initially In took my car was great. He directed me to the front desk, where I believe Issac was waiting for me. Emilio came up and did not acknowledge me, never greeted me. I was told my car would be done by 2:30pm. And I did let the staff know I would be waiting. 2:30comes around no update. I go to the cashier and I say hello twice, she looking down to her personal phone. Then proceeds to help and I can hear private conversations going among other staff and leads me to believe work is not a priority. Getting the customers paper work done so they can leave is not a priority. The gentleman who help me get my car was an amazing. I was glad to be out there. More
