Oscar provided great service and I felt welcomed. I will definitely request him again for my next service. He went above and beyond my expectations. However, to no fault of Oscar’s, the vehicle line I will definitely request him again for my next service. He went above and beyond my expectations. However, to no fault of Oscar’s, the vehicle line when entering the lot for my appointment was beyond terrible. Wondries Senior Management NEEDS TO SOLVE My appointment was scheduled at 9:15am. I arrived on the dot, but I wasn’t able to check-in until 9:50am. There needs to be a dedicated line for customers that made an appointment and a separate line for non-appointments. Instead, it was a first come, first serve line. It’s not fair that cars ahead of me without an appointment was served first. My car was not completed until 2pm. I assume my wait time was heavily delayed due to this reason. More
