I appreciate Tito and Carlos were not pushy at all and heard us out. They took the time to listen to the type of vehicle we were looking for. Tito and Carlos both kept open communication with us and were heard us out. They took the time to listen to the type of vehicle we were looking for. Tito and Carlos both kept open communication with us and were available and responded promptly where we had questions. I’ve been at other dealerships and would walk out when salesmen were acting like salesman and not being genuine. I felt both Tito and Carlos being genuine and did not feel that they were trying to sell us things. They shared what was available, they straightforward and direct.
