My Camry hit 360,000 miles and took it in for a regular service (5,000 miles). John Kan, who is an outstanding service advisor knew exactly the type of service required because he has oversee the service service (5,000 miles). Failed to diagnose my truck properly. I left my truck for 2 days and said nothing was wrong. Very disappointed! I took it to another shop an they ended up doing the correct diagnostic plu I left my truck for 2 days and said nothing was wrong. Very disappointed!
