Poor knowledge of credit processes Bought a new tacoma from this dealership although they gave me a fairly good deal they took over 3 hours to complete the lease application and still d Bought a new tacoma from this dealership although they gave me a fairly good deal they took over 3 hours to complete the lease application and still didn't get it right. They then sent me a certified letter stating the application was incomplete after i spent over 3 hours with them! This was the sixth lease i have done for work and is not new to me so i was surprised as to how little knowledge they had when doing a credit app. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. More
