HORRIBLE/UNPROFESSIONAL AUTO REPAIR CENTER Took my Sienna for Intermediate Service, next day when I drove the van on high speed (over 40 MPH), noticed the driver side rear view mirror closed to Took my Sienna for Intermediate Service, next day when I drove the van on high speed (over 40 MPH), noticed the driver side rear view mirror closed towards the window, confused why this mirror closed on me, I pushed it back to adjust it, that is when I realized that it is broken. Driving the van on high speed made the mirror flip and swing inwards. Service managers said, he will watch the video footage to see what exactly happened and when I said it is dangerous to drive with no side view, he suggested that I should tape the mirror to keep it from moving in. How professional? Damaged my van with no regard and accountability. Lost my business More

Bait and Switch 2 years ago I went there to buy a tacoma that had posted online. I filled out all the paperwork to purchase the tacoma and then they told me that they 2 years ago I went there to buy a tacoma that had posted online. I filled out all the paperwork to purchase the tacoma and then they told me that they had accidentally listed the price wrong and could no longer honor it. They then offered me the tacoma at a price a couple thousand dollars higher then what was listed online and I declined their offer. I shrugged it off because mistakes get made and it's not a big deal. Today I went in to buy a Prius. I made an offer that they accepted and again filled out all the paperwork to purchase the car. After completing the paperwork they told me that they misunderstood my offer and would not be able to honor it. However, they would let me buy the car at a price a $2,500 more than we had originally agreed upon. I declined and now think that this is just how they do business. Don't waste your time like I did. More
