My Camry hit 360,000 miles and took it in for a regular service (5,000 miles). John Kan, who is an outstanding service advisor knew exactly the type of service required because he has oversee the service service (5,000 miles). John Kan, who is an outstanding service advisor knew exactly the type of service required because he has oversee the service history of my car for the past 10 plus years. Failed to diagnose my truck properly. I left my truck for 2 days and said nothing was wrong. Very disappointed!
