This used to be a quick and efficient dealer but since has declined in customer service and efficiency. 2.5 hours for a routine multi point inspection with an appointment at 7:30am on a weekday is a bit m has declined in customer service and efficiency. 2.5 hours for a routine multi point inspection with an appointment at 7:30am on a weekday is a bit much. I wouldn’t question that on a busy weekend but not on a slow Tuesday. I used to go in on Saturdays where the line was out the lot and they would still be faster than they are now. More
