Dealer rips off customers If you want to get ripped off when buying a car this is the place. Never told me about how much I would be paying if I Finish paying the car and never If you want to get ripped off when buying a car this is the place. Never told me about how much I would be paying if I Finish paying the car and never offer me a cancellation contract. After we saw how much it was going to be the final price if I would finish paying the car it was triple the price it was listed. Now that i wanted to return it in 3 days, they told us we couldn't because we did not buy the cancelation contract which it was never offered by the dealer. It was my first time buying a car and they told me I actually qualified. We did all the paper work and gave the downpayment and no one ever told me that the price was going to be triple the price they stood quiet for me to leave and hoped I would never see the price which it was ridiculous for a used 2015 Prius. It wasn't a new car or a luxury car but a Prius and for almost 40,000. I would end up paying that amount of money for a 2015 Prius that is worth 14,000.I I would not recommend this dealer to no one. More

Awesome customer service From begining to end of service. The personnel was fast, friendly and Curtious. Great Customer service. seat motor/adjustment for an older model camry service was professional. although was told that only the whole seat assembly was available(high cost) vs individual motor, researched online and foun service was professional. although was told that only the whole seat assembly was available(high cost) vs individual motor, researched online and found the part (8582030510) available at some other toyota dealer (e.h. puente hills). not sure why it was not available at some dealership including wondries. dealer released the car w/o any inspection fee, which was fair. Great smanager on my Camry I had a problem shift from park to drive. I called this dealer, the service manager told me, it's recalled part, they can change it for me possibly fr I had a problem shift from park to drive. I called this dealer, the service manager told me, it's recalled part, they can change it for me possibly free of charge. They changed a new part for me and called Uber round trip all free of charge. Service manage Nelson told me, my dash board was in bad condition, it's also a recalled part, asked me if they have part for me, I am willing to take my car back. I said yes. 3 month later, Nelson called me, if I can take a pointment in a days. I did it one more time. they changed a new dash board and called Uber for me to go to langly center and in the afternoon to pick up my car all free of charge. I am really appreciate this dealership's services! thumps up! Great place to service your cars! More
