Took my Toyota RAV4 for 25K minor service. Made appointment online. Service Advisor checked me in at scheduled time and advised wait time would be approximately one and one-half hours. Waited onsit appointment online. Service Advisor checked me in at scheduled time and advised wait time would be approximately one and one-half hours. Waited onsite for service to be finished. Service time took nearly two hours. Wait time was within tolerable range but wish dealership could offer a faster express service for certain types of minor maintenance services. More

Terrible service I waited for like 3 to 4 hours Nelson the service rep didn't care if I was there or not he didn't explain what my car needed after they checked it now I have to go back to find out how mu the service rep didn't care if I was there or not he didn't explain what my car needed after they checked it now I have to go back to find out how much it's going to cost me for each service. But I am probably going to try downey.toyota and I kept. On saying bad service but no one care. I've been taking my car there since I bought a Toyota last year but not no more horrible that guy even probably forgot I was there bad service with Nelson bad experience ever and no one cared if I was upset or uncomfortable no one in that department care I guess they don't have time they're probably on commission and want to get in as much cars as they could.
