Not very helpful I have a 4 year truck with low miles. And the battery died .it was leaking acid and it corroded the terminals that said I could not easily change the I have a 4 year truck with low miles. And the battery died .it was leaking acid and it corroded the terminals that said I could not easily change the battery myself which would have saved me a bunch. So I was basically stuck with going to the dealership . When i related my concerns to the service writer I got zero help he just nodded and smiled as if he wasn’t even listening. I get email coupons and then the cashier told me sorry she could not add them that had to be done “before” ahhh. Now I’m frustrated and want to go. I guess this is how Toyota works? The vehicles are so popular that they don’t have to work to keep customers? I did not purchase my vehicle at this dealership for the same reasons their service department has now alienated me the truck is running great but 185 bucks for a simple fix I could have done on a pet that should not have been broken More

Don’t use their “shuttle” service Timing on my car getting its regular maintenance and quick car wash was great. However, they do not provide a shuttle service like advertised on their Timing on my car getting its regular maintenance and quick car wash was great. However, they do not provide a shuttle service like advertised on their website. They will uber you where you need to go. However, you have no control over contacting your uber for pickup clarification. Toyota will not reimburse you if you use your own uber/lyft account. Took 4 tries before I finally got picked up. Also, key chains fell off my key and instead of letting me know they just left it on my passenger seat. Had I not moved stuff around I wouldn’t have found them and assumed Toyota lost them. They just need to pay attention to detail but overall the quickness of getting my car back was nice, the people are nice. More
