I brought in my car to have its transmission to get changed and it has gotten worse. I got my car back and my wheel alignment was too far to the left. In addition to that my apple play and screen on my changed and it has gotten worse. I got my car back and my wheel alignment was too far to the left. When I asked the dealership to fix all of these issues all they did was realign my wheel. But I had to wait for more than 4+ hours. Samson was polite but very short with me. Granted he may have been busy, but it’s no excuse for being quite stand off-ish and short with me and my daughter. More

While I had no problem waiting for 8 hours in the lobby, I was disappointed when the inspection results were not only basic but also inaccurate. I was informed that my headlights were not functioning, but all the lights worked perfectly. Furthermore, their lack of organization almost resulted in my not receiving a copy of the vehicle inspection report at all. Consequently, this experience has prompted me to reevaluate my perception of Toyota, a brand I had previously esteemed highly. I am now considering alternative options from other manufacturers. More
