I brought in my car to have its transmission to get changed and it has gotten worse. I got my car back and my wheel alignment was too far to the left. When I asked the dealership to fix all of these issues all they did was realign my wheel. But I had to wait for more than 4+ hours. Samson was polite but very short with me. Granted he may have been busy, but it’s no excuse for being quite stand off-ish and short with me and my daughter. More

While I had no problem waiting for 8 hours in the lobby, I was disappointed when the inspection results were not only basic but also inaccurate. I was informed that my headlights were not functioning, but all the lights worked perfectly. Furthermore, their lack of organization almost resulted in my not receiving a copy of the vehicle inspection report at all. Consequently, this experience has prompted me to reevaluate my perception of Toyota, a brand I had previously esteemed highly. I am now considering alternative options from other manufacturers. More
