SHE SAID THEY WOULD PROGRAM OUR GPS IN OUR BRAND NEW SALESPERSON TO RIP OFF IN FINANCE!! ABI DID MY PAPERWORK WITH MY MOM AND SHE NEVER ANSWERED US. SHE SAID THEY WOULD PROGRAM OUR GPS IN OUR BRAND NEW 2020 RAV4 XSE AND AFTER I CALLED HER SHE NEVER ANSWERED. GO TO LONGO TOYOTA THEY ARE THE BEST. RIGHT HERE YOU HAVE UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES WHO JUST WANT TO SALE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE. PLUS I HAVE GREAT CREDIT AND THEY HAVE A LOT OF HIDDEN FEES!!! Since I have been brainwashed to not trust dealerships 4 is the highest I will go. That said, this particular dealership, Wondrous, is very quick to find the problem and quick to fix it.
