Check in was quick and efficient. The reason I rated my experience 4 rather than 5 is that there seemed to have been some mix up in communications behind the scenes: I got a text sayi The reason I rated my experience 4 rather than 5 is that there seemed to have been some mix up in communications behind the scenes: I got a text saying my car was ready, I paid, and I was on my way home when I heard from Todd, that there were a couple of things that could use attention but he couldn't find me in the waiting room and my phone had been busy. I had not been on my phone at all, so I don't know what happened there. The car issues were not urgent and can be handled on my next service visit. More
