When I came in the windshield had small scratch for over two weeks I ask if the warranty covers the windshield they said no and when the car was out the windshield had a cracked more than 15' inches. The service did not feel as thorough as it has been in the past. I was hoping the mpi would address my tire concerns, but sadly it was not included in the discounted service plan. It felt like the discoun the past. I was hoping the mpi would address my tire concerns, but sadly it was not included in the discounted service plan. It felt like the discounted price resulted in reduced service. Since the diagnostic for tires was not included in the service, minimal effort was made to address my concern without additional payment. I would have appreciated a quote on the price for replacement of tire sensors. More
