Dealership wanted $210 just to diagnose issue with TPMS sensor, so I refused. Post-service paperwork noted a recommendation by the service tech to replace the engine and cabin air filters, but I was never sensor, so I refused. I have always chosen this dealership for its excellent service, but after my recent experience with Nelson, I am extremely disappointed. He speaks rudely in a raised tone, calls the wrong phone number service, but after my recent experience with Nelson, I am extremely disappointed. On top of that, he even threatened to charge me for parking due to his own mistake. This is completely unacceptable, and I would prefer to never deal with him again.
