The service department is pretty solid. Been going there for 20 years. The usual antics, like charging an hour of labor for a five minute cabin filter change. I was in a hurry and didn’t want to do it myself that time. The sales department is like any other dealer sales I’ve dealt with - dreary and dishonest. They’re more interested in getting your social security number and running a credit check than in making a sale, even when they’re not doing the financing. I’m so over purchasing from any dealer.
