The used car I bought smells like cigarettes and they can’t help me with it. That’s fine. It’s my fault for not being more thorough. It just feels dishonest, but to them a sale is a sale! The employees are nice though. 3/5 experience Update: the manager took care of my concerns, here’s an updated review I had complained about a cigarette scent in my used car I had bought from Wondries and the used car sales manager Jose quickly took care of my concerns. The sales rep who sold us the car was unhelpful, but Jose was quick to resolve the issue. I appreciate the resolution, their willingness to help me, and Jose’s professional demeanor. It has been about a week and the car still smells good and the scent is mostly gone. Wondries will take care of you, just speak to the right person! More

A manager yelled at employee in front of me, the customer, as I w The Best service advisor I have had to date. However, management was disappointing. A manager yelled at employee in front of me, the customer, as I was at the counter being helped. This interaction with employee made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed for the employee. Then as I was waiting for UBER, the manager continued to yell at employee in the parking lot following employee yelling. My opinion, this behavior by management is unacceptable and creates a Hostile work environment. Very disappointed with Wondries management. More

The crew working on my car broke a small mirror in the backseat that I need to see my infant son when I’m driving.
