I’ve had good experiences here in the past, but I’m not sure what went wrong this time. I came in for a service, and they told me my car got stuck in something. They offered me a rental car because they we sure what went wrong this time. I came in for a service, and they told me my car got stuck in something. They offered me a rental car because they weren’t sure if my car would be ready in 1 or 2 days. However, as soon as I got home with the rental, they called and said my car was ready. They didn’t give me any explanation about what happened to my car, and they also didn’t remove the “maintenance required” message from my dashboard. Unfortunately, this experience was not up to the standard I’ve come to expect. More
