I have always chosen this dealership for its excellent service, but after my recent experience with Nelson, I am extremely disappointed. He speaks rudely in a raised tone, calls the wrong phone number service, but after my recent experience with Nelson, I am extremely disappointed. He speaks rudely in a raised tone, calls the wrong phone number to inform me that my car is ready, and then yells at me for not picking it up. On top of that, he even threatened to charge me for parking due to his own mistake. This is completely unacceptable, and I would prefer to never deal with him again. I hope management takes notice of his behavior. More

My salesperson was awesome in showing me the various vehicles and options. I truly feel I left with the vehicle that I want and need.
