Isaac checked me out but not in. A woman (forgot her name- long dark hair) checked me in. She listened to my concerns and arranged for a test drive at no cost. I complained about noise during 3 prior visits and nobody did that. National said it's an option 'at (my) expense'. Really, Toyota?! I learned a lot on the test drive. Why did I have to wait almost a year for it? I'm grateful to the woman who finally listened and she deserves a 5+. More
