My total Thanks to Terry (Service Assistant), Jed (Mechanic), and last but not least from Joe (Service Director). The ALL do something that seems to be rare now a days. They listen to the customer. Once again they all saved me and my wife headaches down the road. For example this repair could of cost me a engine if it was not repaired in time. Turns out I needed a water pump and it was caught very early and not only repaired it was repaired very fast. In less then a day on a day the shop was quite busy too. So once again I must give my heart felt Thank You toward these men and to the rest of the staff at Spartan Toyota. More
