Excellent Service, Sketchy Leadership Joshua was fabulous. If this is the case, I'd like to request that employees are treated better by the employer. I have a tendency to believe that there may be some fear-based leadership at this dealership based on the experience I had when buying my car 5 years ago. I felt SO much pressure to buy, I almost decided to leave and find a different Toyota dealer further away from me. I had to explain SEVERAL times that I WAS indeed planning to buy a car and that I already knew what I wanted, and still, I was pressured by the employee throughout the process to look at other models out of my interest or price range. AND, only 2 years after I bought my car from Spartan Toyota, I had salesmen intensely pressuring me to sell and buy a new car. With that kind of pressure, it makes me wonder how the employees are being treated. I do not blame my service guy at all for begging for a high rating but instead wish to request that the dealership revise their leadership tactics- lead by cooperation and collaboration, not fear, please. More

When we call, it seems that we are an annoyance instead of a valed customer. We are rarely greeted with a smile or friendly voice. Are employees there unhappy for some reason?
