5000 mile free check Terry took care of the free check up plus installation of set of 4 mud flaps I ordered and paid for. Everything was fine except now that the tires were rotated I have a slight vibration felt not so much in the steering wheel as under my feet and rear. It is felt at freeway speed (75 mph), and previous to the rotation everything was smooth as silk from the factory. I will stop in to service the next time we are in Lansing from our home in Big Rapids. More

Pretty darned good! I've always been a Chevy/GM girl. In support of many family and friends! I've never had a complaint with their product! But I am retired now and made the decision to buy a top rated car. As reported by consumers and Consumers Report, I decided to check out the top four, and the Rav4 was one of them. I test drove 2 of the other 3 and really liked the Rav4! I like the design of the Adventure, it had just a little more pizzazz! But I'm also happy with the comfort, ride, safety, and power that this four cylinder provides! I 'down sized' from a Chevrolet Traverse LTZ. I didn't need such a big car anymore and I'm happy with the room the Rav4 gives me! It's all I need! The sales process was f.a.s.t.! Awesome really! I went in on a Saturday, only expecting to make a final decision and put up a down payment. But I drove my new ride home that very same day! Super impressed was I! I've only been a Toyota owner for a few short weeks and have no regrets 'switching over'! I'm confident that Spartan Toyota will be there for me in the future, for whatever my need may be! More
