Since the car was over five years old and I had never liked the color, that was enough to throw me over into looking for a new one. She flagged down Brice who immediately took me out to see the cars on then lot. He was very soft spoken and articulate and not pushy at all. He also gave me four of his cigarets to smoke because I was nervous. He was also extremely articulate in explaining everything about the 2010 model. I would also like to tell you how much I appreciated the service Paul Becher gave me. He was very pleasant and soft spoken as Brice was and he explained everything he was having me sign. I have always thought the customer service at this dealership the BEST of any I have ever dealt with and I will be forever grateful for the FREE coffee and donuts (sometimes) when I come in with a problem in the mornings. From start to finish these guys were awesome!! My husband was looking for a smart deal for our family. Durell helped my husband with a car that he saw on the internet. Fred stepped in and worked the numbers to where they needed to be to close the deal with our credit union. They both went above and beyond the call of duty to insure that we drove off the lot that same day. We had another dilemma with our trade in. We actually wanted to keep our trade in because we had invested a lot in it. Fred again, with his creativity came up with a plan for us to buy back our trade in. We were happy and was talkin over working out a plan to do this. Then he sent us to Paul, the Finance Manager. This was an unforgettable experience.
