I was in the market to lease a car, and had looked around Memphis at Ford, Hyundai, Mazda and others. All of the dealers mentioned were friendly; however, despite being near the end of the year, none of tho Memphis at Ford, Hyundai, Mazda and others. I walked in to Wolfchase Toyota planning only to look and price some different cars. I met Antionette immediately upon walking in, and from the moment I introduced myself, a smile never left her face. She was so helpful even knowing up front I would probably not be making any decision that day. She was happy to help in any way possible. I was about to leave and continue my shopping at Honda and a few other places, when she came out and sat me down to show me a final deal they had worked out. The deal was too good to pass up. Despite knowing my budget and what I was looking for, no other dealer in the area that I visited tried to keep me from leaving by giving a better deal than what was immediately shown. Wolfchase Toyota did. In addition, Wolfchase Toyota offered me more than any other dealership for my trade-in. Finally, Antionette continued to search for discounts and deals that could make it even more affordable for me. This was without me even asking for it. I was so impressed with Antionette's attitude throughout the whole process - she really showed me that she cared and wanted me to walk out happy.
