I have no positive things to say about this dealership. I was trying to buy an SUV and the Costco auto program service rep is hopeless. He failed to answer the phone. They also charge several thousand dollars above MSRP. I learned this from researching other dealers. I wouldn't recommend this dealership for purchasing. Service might be more positive. Great dealership. The sales rep was thorough and knowledgeable. Took care of everything. The finance department was helpful. I got a great rate from Toyota Finance.
