I called about a 2011 black BMW 535i on a Sunday, and they had not yet received the vehicle yet, spoke again multiple times throughout the day on the following Monday and they still had not received the they had not yet received the vehicle yet, spoke again multiple times throughout the day on the following Monday and they still had not received the vehicle. Monday evening I made a call to put a deposit down and Mo told me no one had put a deposit down on the car and he would get the link to put a deposit down right away. After he received the necessary information needed from me (email and drivers license) 15 minutes went by and I still did not receive the link to put down a deposit. Moments later I was let known the car was sold and I was beaten by "5 minutes", which seems odd because I was in line 20 minutes ago to put the deposit down, but wasn't able to since I never received the link to do so. More
