complaint I was happy with david at service center but was unhappy with (pat) at cashier desk. She was very rude and every time I asked her a question she woul I was happy with david at service center but was unhappy with (pat) at cashier desk. She was very rude and every time I asked her a question she would cut me off because I was not familiar with the way nissan pay over the fon. I didnt appreciate it and I have bought my last 3 vehicles from nissan. I did not like it and I probably will service my vehicle again wen I have to deal with someone like( pat) at cashier desk. Oil change When I started to go to Wolfchase Nissan in 2015, the service was nice, You were given your key by the cashier when you paid your bill. I had to walk around and look for my car. I had to go ask the cashier where were my keys. My keys were left in my car. I do not like this new policy. Anyone can walk on the property and steal a car. This has happened before in Memphis at another dealership. I will have to find another Nissan dealer to service my car. It is apparent that your company is not concerned about the customer vehicles.
