Wolfchase Nissan - Service Center

My Review I have a 2017 Murano with only 6,800 miles on it which still carries a full warranty. My vehicle kept alerting me that my key battery is low which bt I have a 2017 Murano with only 6,800 miles on it which still carries a full warranty. My vehicle kept alerting me that my key battery is low which btw is annoying that the battery only lasted 2 years...of all the vehicles I have and possess, I’ve never had a key battery die in less than 10 years. I took this to Wolfchase Nissan service dept and informed them the issue. The service rep said it’s a dead battery and they will replace it. I informed her that the vehicle is under full warranty and assume that this will be covered. She said it does not and it would cost about $5.00 which made me raise my eyebrow and ask “are you sure and that it doesn’t make sense to me why the battery died so quick in the first place”. She asked her service manager and he stated that it is covered under warranty. Everything from there went smoothly...they changed the battery quickly and gave me a free car wash. There was no wait time from driving in to the wait time which was perfect. I think that there might have been a confusion with the coverage of batteries since I assume a car battery is not fully covered if it dies after the car battery warranty window. More

Bad service The last two oil changes the inspections wasn't completed. Like saying I needed brake pad and didn't. Checking & topping off fluids and didn't. Regular oil/filter change & norm cks; tighten emergency First I must say that I have been using the Wolfchase Nissan service Dept since 2012 and am very satisfied with their customer service and smiling fac First I must say that I have been using the Wolfchase Nissan service Dept since 2012 and am very satisfied with their customer service and smiling faces. My car was due for normal oil/filter and standard checks and the emergency brake needed tightening which they took care of quickly as my typical experience with this Dept when I get my auto in by 8am for normal service. More
