Terrible experience. From 9:30am-2:30pm my car didn't get a proper diagnosis. Had suspension issues. Issue was explained via phone and in person. Car was issue was still misdiagnosed. Charged for a brake flush, which I didn't come in for. Mechanic didn't know I had a power steering belt. As soon as I left the shop/dealership my power steering belt broke. Couldn't turn the wheel and car stalled three times before I made it back to the shop to have the real reason why I brought my car in, fixed. Booker T. Called me baby instead of ma'am while looking at the for sale vehicles. I personally think this is unprofessional. More

Worst experience ever. I have been a loyal customer over the last 3 years. I went end for an oil change, tire rotation and to plug a tire. Service lady came back said everything is done. I ask about the rot the last 3 years. I went end for an oil change, tire rotation and to plug a tire. Service lady came back said everything is done. I ask about the rotation and tire fix. She said we didn’t rotate your tires because your tread is to low and can’t plug the tire. Keep in mind I have only had my car for 1 year. Service person said I needed a new tire. So I spoke to service manager he said the same thing. Point I’m trying to make is they just wanted to sell me new tires and not let me pay for the services I requested. I paid for my oil change, left the business. I then went to another car dealership which I will not name. Requested the tire rotation and tire fix. Also ask about the tread on the tires. Guess what. They said the tread was fine. Sp Wolfchase Nissan has lost a loyal customer and when I get ready for my next Nissan I will go to the place that took care of me. I have always dealt with Wolfchase Honda and Wolfchase Nissan. Never again. More
