She always kept us informed of what was going on with our car. We didn't have to wonder about our car and what to expect, when to expect, or any worries at all. Just left everything in her capable hands. When the car part came in she went to work taking care of details. The day we had to take our car to the dealership, she had everything all okayed ,set up, and told us time to bring our car in that morning in Feb.2020. My husband took car in, she told him to go sit and reax have some coffee, and she would call him when his rental car was ready. In no time she had worked her magic. Tiffany called us daily to give us any news about our car. What a good experience we had with our car's repair. Wish we could say every car repair had been and will be easy and comforting at all dealerships, like this one at W.Nissan. The dealership has a jewel in her. This kind of quality service made an impression on us and the next time we purchase a new car this experience will be upmost in our minds.
