Appointment was at 10:30 I arrived early and did not leave to after 1. People that arrived after me left with me. I came for a low tire pressure warning. Took in for service for two separate issues, headlight retaining water and back row seats not functioning properly. I was told there was an umbrella stuck causing the issue for the backseat. 🤔 never got retaining water and back row seats not functioning properly. I was told there was an umbrella stuck causing the issue for the backseat. 🤔 never got the “umbrella” back and the next day doing the same thing. now I got to drive 30 minutes back so the hopefully can fix it. Second was the headlight retaining moisture, not covered under extended warranty, was told $791 to fix it. I said that’s ********* crazy $800 to fix a headlight. so I went to pick up the SUV was told it was $971 instead. The did honor the first price they told me however I had to talk with the service manager. I still have to take it back so the seats can get fixed and it hasn’t rained yet so do I really know if the headlight problem is fixed yet either? More
