Wolfchase Nissan has got to be one of the tackiest businesses that I've ever dealt with. I have NEVER gone there without there being some kind of difficulty. Nevertheless, my boyfriend insisted that businesses that I've ever dealt with. I have NEVER gone there without there being some kind of difficulty. Nevertheless, my boyfriend insisted that I keep taking my car there to insure that it is properly fixed. After this last experience, even he has grown sick of the dealership. At this point, we have begun looking for a shade tree mechanic. We feel that it can't be any worse than dealing with Wolfchase Nissan. AND even better....we won't get charged out of the a**. The charges are ridiculous! On two occasions, I had been told that my car was being serviced......just to drive up to the dealership to find that my car had been placed back outside of the servicing area. The technicians had put other cars in front of mine. It's obvious that they put certain customers on hold while immediately servicing others. On another occasion, the service representatives got confused about how much money I owed for repairs. After paying for car repairs and driving home, a Nissan Wolfchase representative called me going off about how I didn't pay enough for my repair. I looked at the phone like "Really?". Needless to say, I gave him a piece of my mind. First of all, it was not my responsibility to determine how much I owe. I was just the customer who simply paid what I was asked to pay. That was by far one of THE tackiest experiences that I've ever encountered with a business. On another occasion, Nissan was going to charge me $3000 for a $600 repair. I was told that I needed a new transmission when the problem was some bad wiring in the harness of my car. Had I not consulted with a transmission specialist, Nissan would have gotten $3000 out of me for a service that my car didn't need. One good thing that Nissan Wolfchase DID do in this situation is: Danny (a Nissan Wolfchase manager) worked along with Coleman Taylor to solve the problem. In the end, Nissan repaired the bad wiring. STILL, it makes me uncomfortable when dealing with Nissan. Some of the technicians seem to be very inexperienced. On another occasion, I pulled up to find a former service employee (David Fenton) talking very unprofessionally and loud on the company phone.... and in front of customers. I'm not sure as to why he is no longer working at Wolfchase Nissan, but, if I had to guess at it, I would say that he was terminated. It would be no surprise to me. He was, byfar, one of the unclassiest business people that I had ever met. During me last visit to Nissan, Eric Hargrove (manager) wax very nice to me; however, it wasn't enough to restore my faith in the company. My advice to the staff at Wolfchase Nissan is this: The whole system there needs to be revamped. The business is run very poorly and that IS NOT a good look at all. Someone from the corporate office needs to come there and fix things. The unprofessionalism has gotten out of control. More
Service members were very polite. Took very good care of your vehicle. Did not have to wait long to get my van back from having an oil change. The cashier was also very polite. your vehicle. I love having my car serviced at Wolfchase Nissan. Everyone is professional and courteous. They clearly explain the work that needs to be done and also give an estimate of costs ahead of time.
