Absolutely HORRIBLE experience!!! They offered to buy my car after i looked up the value on Kelley Blue Book as part of the KBB "Instant Cash Offer". I went to them and they instantly They offered to buy my car after i looked up the value on Kelley Blue Book as part of the KBB "Instant Cash Offer". I went to them and they instantly started playing sales games. Made me wait for about an hour while I could clearly see that no one even looked at my vehicle. Then, they stated the KBB offer ended at midnight so they could only pay me 15% LESS and not honor the KBB price for dealers. I left and they called me 5 minutes later asking me to come back so they could honor the price. Filled out all the ppwk, including the payoff to the loan company and they owe me the balance. That was 3 days ago and now they are saying the check will take up to 2 more weeks. Meanwhile.......they have posted my vehicle on their site for sale!! They are literally trying to sell a vehicle they haven't even paid for yet!!! More sales games. More
