Issues On Thursday, September 17, 2015 I purchased my 2016 Tucson from Wolfchase Hyundai and I noticed that the power seat was not working correctly. I had On Thursday, September 17, 2015 I purchased my 2016 Tucson from Wolfchase Hyundai and I noticed that the power seat was not working correctly. I had taken the Tucson back to the dealership 2 days later to have it repaired, they advised me that they do not have the part and I need to keep my Tucson there as they will fix it the next day. Joe the salesman who had done a wonderful job with the entire sales experience has been keeping me informed of what is going on the entire time. A loaner was given to me and now it’s been close to 2 weeks and I just today got the call that the Tucson is ready. This was unacceptable. This was NOT THE DEALERSHIPS FAULT rather HYUANDI ISSUE More

Very convenient, very timely I had given my dealer, Sayed Salat, a call that morning expressing my desired price range for a pre-owned vehicle. That evening, I met with Sayed to go through necessary pre-notions. Ten minutes later, he and his manger had a vehicle waiting outside. It was new, never owned, and within my desired price point. The fastest I ever purchased a car. The loan process was a bit long because I had to wait on his return, and then do an overview of the paperwork. Overall, I had a great experience. More
