First repair event for our car. We took possession of our 2018 Hybrid Sonata on May 15, 2018. Was able to drive it to the dealership and the problem was determined but the solution involved ordering a replacement part that would not arrive until the next day, which meant a loaner car. Sam Packard, my contact person, had it ready for me before I even knew I was going to need one! My whole experience concerning this repair can be summed up with "I was very pleased with my whole experience of getting my car back fixed and in such a short time!" Thank you to the whole team!
