Shannon asked us about the size of the car we were interested in and what features we thought we wanted. There was no pressure to do something on our first visit. We weren't ready to purchase that day. When we returned Shannon greated us as if we were friends. On this visit all we had to do was pick out a color. The price offered was what I thought was fair and the deal was closed. Tony introduced himself and said he was always available if we had any questions. Deniece in finance was also great. No high pressure from anyone at this dealership. More
