Lies and worse! First it took a combined time frame of five and a half hours to buy a used vehicle. TJ, the sales man, and lying sack of xxxxxxxxx, kept disappearing, First it took a combined time frame of five and a half hours to buy a used vehicle. TJ, the sales man, and lying sack of xxxxxxxxx, kept disappearing, some times for over an hour. One of the fog lights was broken so That and Mr. Hamud said that they would order it. I had to go back several times because they couldn't get the paperwork correct. I would ask each time, and kept calling. After a month The told me he never ordered the part. I fold a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and they finally ordered the part. It took less than an hour to get the part! I told them that I was buying the truck to pull a small camper, but the light harness was broken as well. I purchased the part, because I couldn't wait another month for them to "order" it. Now I can't get them to call me back even though the vehicle has a warranty. I was told by people in Thier Service Department that they give preference to new car buyers and will leave you while they try to sell a new car! If you want a used car, you are given low priority and they will out right lie to you and leave you in the waiting room! I am not sure that I could ever trust them enough to purchase another vehicle. Beware, their Service Department will tell you that they don't care about you unless you are purchasing a new car!!! TJ and Mr. Hamid will outright lie to you! UNTRUSTWORTHY! More
