not a happy customer i explained in the other comments i believe the dealer make an excessive profit on my deal on both the new car and my trade in. i understand the deal i explained in the other comments i believe the dealer make an excessive profit on my deal on both the new car and my trade in. i understand the dealer must make a fair profit and have no problem with that. the amount of dealer add on's had excessive prices and installed wheel locks at an inflated price and forgot to proved the tool/part required to unlock the wheel lug. i returned to the dealer and obtained the needed part from the maintenance department ( i have received outstanding service from this dealer maintenance dept with my two hyundai vehicles.) buying a new car is a hassle (i did not hassle but i did not receive the 940 dollars the dealer ad showed as a wch no hassle discount) that i also discovered on the dealers email to me after we had more or less closed the transaction.) as i stated on my other comments this was my error as i feel i was rushed and believed i did not have the proper amount of time to review the documentation. I'm stuck with the deal but don't believe i was treated fairly especially being such a good hyundai customer 9 years. i was offered 5000 initially for my 2009 hyundai santa fe and this was up to 6500. my trade was on the dealers ad for market value of 11,000 discount of 1,570 and offered sale price of 9,700 as a great buy due to the vehicle being a 1 owner with excellent maintenance. one of the main selling points when i purchased my 2009 santa fe and 2009 vera cruz i was told they would hold their value better than other brands when i decided to trade for a new vehicle. to sum up - I did not received the 940 dealer no hassle discount, i did not receive any credit for being a loyal customer owning 2 hyundai for 9 years and not any where near the market value for my trade. last but not least a couple of days after my purchase i saw where the factory rebate increased to 2500 not the 2000 i received. More

Kat was not the one to check me in, but came to lobby to find me and let me know she had not forgotten me. I was told appointment may take up to two and half hours but would try to get me out earlier when I checked in. Imagine my surprise when only an hour and a half had passed and my car was ready.
